Through this lesson the students should have reviewed their numbers up to 100. For some students this came easier than others. For example, I had one student who was struggling with even the first few numbers and her handwriting was so illegible and she had no concept of numbers at all, I looked at my CT, was very direct and told her that I wasn't sure what to do. I wasn't sure how to help her without taking away from students who were already getting restless. On the other end of the spectrum, my two students who worked independently were finished halfway through the lesson. In retrospect, I should have had those two students help me help the students who were struggling.
Going forward, I am going to plan for supplemental activities for students who are finished early. Additionally, I am going to continue to work towards better making use of in place classroom management techniques.
